Ça grouille de partout. Des rires, des pleures, des révoltes…
Elles se déchirent. Elles dansent leurs danses, un peu lentes,

comme une pavane autour du jeune homme.
Elles exigent. Elles cherchent l’amour.

Cinq femmes et un homme.

Elles sont les sœurs, les mères.

Il est le fils prodigue, revenu après de longues années d’absence.

Mourant.

Autour de lui, une danse macabre, ou peut-être est-ce une danse d'amour... séductrice?

Allez-savoir !

Et toute la violence, tous les fantasmes, toute la tragédie, générés par ces années perdues à attendre s’expriment,

les règlements de compte et les bilans.

Des cris de solitude au sein d’une famille étouffante qui, au nom de l’amour de cet homme, du chef de clan, de l'Héritier Mâle, "destiné à diriger la maison", nie l'existence de chacun.

Des cris de solitude portés depuis longtemps, qui explose soudain.

Des cris de tragédie lointaine qui s'abandonne enfin...

Dans cette mise en scène,

Catherine Decastel poursuit son travail

de réflexion sur les processus

de création de la violence

au sein d’un groupe.

Car c’est avant tout la violence générée

par un système patriarcal

et entretenu par les femmes

qui est mis là, en exergue.

J'adore Jean-Luc Lagarce ! j'ai vu un de ces spectacles à Toulouse il y a quelques années, et il m'a laissé un souvenir vraiment énorme !
